Hmm..

SO. It's just like me to start a project and then forget about it at the drop of a hat. Not that changing the world isn't always in the back of my mind, but these past couple of weeks have been quite difficult and stressful, forcing me to put the start of this project on some sort of hold for the time being. However, I am more than glad to say that the main toxins are out of my life now and I can focus on my own well-being as well as that of the world's. Pretty ambitious, right?

The first task I had was to "make amends" and I am glad to say that this task was extremely successful. My roommate from freshman year (who also has a blog - I'd link you to it but I have no clue how to [I'll come back and edit this when i figure it out]) and I had lost pretty much all contact this past school year. We weren't mad at each other, upset, nothing of the sort - just simply lost touch. We got together for the first time in God knows how long a couple weeks ago and - SURPRISE - nothing's changed. It was so refreshing to hang out, catch up, and talk about EVERYTHING. Ever since, we've basically been insperable, which has been absolutely wonderful for the both of us. With an outcome like this, I think I will try to reach more people that I have lost contact with and I urge whoever reads this to do the same.

On a lighter note, in the category of "random-things-I want-to-write-about", I have a few things I must address:
1. Lady Gaga
2. Alice In Wonderland
3. Olympics

Ahem. Number one: Lady Gaga. There's no particular reason I want to discuss her, other than the fact that I. Am. Obsessed. That is all.

Number two: Alice In Wonderland. How excited is everyone for this movie?! I absolutely LOVE Tim Burton films; I love things that are in 3-D; and I love weird shit. I don't think there could be a better combo. AND...it comes out the day before my birthday. Possible birthday party theme? Hmm...

Number three: the Olympics. I just wanted to wish all my friends the best of luck. It's also pretty awesome that the USA women's hockey team is going to be on the ELLEN show tomorrow. Sweeeeeet.

One more thing. I promise promise promise that I will update more often. :)
